The Standard Free Shipping is limited to Ground Shipping Service to a physical address in the 48 contiguous States only. Shipping to AK, HI, and Canada are subject to additional charges.

We do not ship to US territories or PO / APO / FPO addresses. Orders are shipped same day if received before 2 PM PST.

Returns Policy

The buyer may return the item for a full refund within 30 days of the item being delivered, as determined by tracking number. The original shipping fees are non refundable for items bought with shipping service other than Free Standard Shipping. Arrangement and expense of the item to be returned are the buyer’s responsibility.

To return an item please email us at info@legacydecor.com to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) The RMA, will be emailed to you within 24 hours. Please note that any returned item without an RMA will be untraceable back to its buyer, and we will not be able to process the return and issue the refund. All returned items must be in original packaging, unassembled, undamaged, and in resalable condition. All hardware and parts must be included. Returned items are subject to inspection upon arrival. Buyer may not refuse delivery as a way to return an item. All refused delivery items are subject to deduction of the return shipping cost.

Refunds will be credited within 1 week from date of arrival for the returned item.

No returns are accepted after the 30 Day Return Policy period.
